Long ago, back in my college days, I had the best on-campus job. I worked in the Computer Department as a lab assistant/administrative assistant. I held more responsibilities than any other student with such high security clearance that I almost felt like I would do that job forever. Aside from the security responsibilities I held I also got to fluff off a lot when I managed the labs. Which I fear fueled my computer addiction. I was well known back then for spurring on everyone’s online social presence all while being paid to sit in the lab. I miss that job, where else can you find a job where you get paid to play half the time and the other half of the time actually feel important?
East or West, My town is the best
I am a citizen of India. In India there is 26 states and my home state is a small one called Kerala. Kerala is situated in the southern most tip of India and blessed with good climate and vegetation. My home town is Thrissur and lies in the middle of kerala. My state is popularly called ‘God’s own land’ due to the panoramic natural beauty here. Tourists from all over the world visits here as there are many ‘hot spots’. My home town is also blessed by nature with many waterfalls and forests where rich flora and fauna are there.

My dear Bugi
When I first saw him; it was love at first sight. He was so tiny and so helpless I couldn’t resist him. He was big like my palm. I gave him the name: Bugi. That was my friend’s nickname and he wanted my dog to have that name. Bugi is the best dog I’ve ever had. Bugi is a part of my family. He is with us almost 4 years. We treat him as a human. Funny thing is -I talk to him and I think that he understands almost everything. He lives I my backyard. I have a big backyard and there is his cute small dog house. But he only sleeps there at night and during the day he is free and he usually sits in front of the house. He is our house keeper. When he was little, he was sleeping in the box. My friends where making fun because he was sleeping in the box, and one day I’ve decided to find him special bed for dogs. I was surfing on the net and I saw something that was very interesting. It was a discount memory foam dog bed, orthopedic dog beds. I read some facts about it, and after a few days I ordered the dog bead. My Bugi is very happy now and that makes me happy.

Some days I take my super powers for granted…those are the days where I go to bed exhausted and wake up the next day extremely tired and sore. I’m also unable to wake up without at least three shots of espresso on those days. Meanwhile, my days are consumed with caring for two ailing parents and four wonderful kids. I say ‘wonderful’, but we all know kids have their moments, especially my two younger kids. Some times it’s my parents having their moments; like frequent trips to the hospital. That’s my life, saving the day for everyone else but me.
